The grapes come exclusively from Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes classified Premier Cru and Ambonnay Grand Cru from the Montagne de Reims.
Elaboration
Malolactic fermentation provoked. Dosage of 9 g per litre. Aged at least 4 years in our traditional cellar.
Tasting notes
Appearance : tiny bubbles, straw-yellow colour slighltly amber-coloured.
Nose : very expressive and fruity, with butter and brioche notes.
Palate : flattering, with an outstanding balance and nice persistence.

Tasting notes
Appearance : tiny bubbles, gold colour with copper lights, crossed by a beautiful and very active chimney, forming a long-lasting cordon.
Nose : rich and complex, bringing successive notes of brioche, stewed fruits, vine flower, linden.
Palate : a very clean entry, quickly bringing a sensation of roundness and intensity.
Long lingering citrus fruits end up vanishing into an enjoyable finish.
This vintage cuvée is a blend of grapes from the same year. The range of natural aromas found in its composition transforms this champagne into a genuine pleasure for the senses. This vintage will stay tasty for a long time.

33 % Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay.
This vintage results from grapes rigorously selected during the harvest.
Elaboration
Underwent malolactic fermentation. Dosage of 6 g per litre.
Winemaking: the Chardonnay grapes matured in oak cask on lees for 9 months.

Appearance :a long-lasting thin foam crosses the light and bright colour of this year 2002.
Nose : develops plenty of aromas.
Palate : lively, balanced and long
This mature cuvée offers an excellent harmony and is ready to drink.

30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinor Meunier, 40% Chardonnay.
This cuvée results from the harvests of 1998, 1999 and 2000.
The Chardonnay grapes come from our old, 50 years old vines.
Elaboration
Underwent malolactic fermentation. Dosage of 6 g per litre.
Aged 7 years in our traditional cellar.
The wine is made entirely in casks.
Tasting notes
Nose : powerful, mixing developed notes of gingerbread and hazelnut with more fruity aromas (apple, quince).
Palate : the entry is clean, structured and lets appear vanilla and brioche-flavoured notes.
The light dosage enables a very nice lingering finish, reminding of stewed fruits.
