Ripe, fruit-froward and rich cuvee, whit layers of stewed stonefruit and buttery pastry, very long mineral (chalky) finish. (0 dosage)


48% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Noir – a blend from Ludes, Chigny-Les-Roses and Ambonnay.
Elegant, well balanced champagne, whit an abundance of white stone fruit, some star aniseed and a dash of cardamom; long mineral (flinty) finish. (dosage: 6g/l)


30% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc from Chigny-Les-Roses.
Floral cuvee, layers of orange flower, kumquat, Mirabelle and a hint of cumin, lovely texture, long mineral (flinty) finish. (dosage: 6g/l)


73% Meunier, 20% Cardonnay from Chigny-Les-Roses and 7% Pinot Noir Coteau Rouge from Ambonnay.
Explosion of ripe red and blue berries (wild strawberry, mulberry, black berry and sweet cherry), vinous mouthfeel, long floral (rose) finish. (dosage: 6g/l)
